Phase I Leak Detection for Malaysia IDC Data Center Server Room

Data centers are typically equipped with large, precision air conditioners, air-conditioning humidifiers, water supply pipes, and other such equipment—all of which carry the risk of liquid leaks. Moreover, data centers usually feature anti-static raised floors, making leaks beneath the floor particularly difficult to detect.

Sungrow integrates charging piles.

The charging station’s waterproof rating is IP56; however, during actual use, the enclosure may still experience rusting and corrosion. As the service life increases, the enclosure could suffer severe rust and corrosion. Water is particularly likely to enter the lower 30 cm of the charging station, posing a significant threat to its safety performance. If a leakage sensor is installed, it can promptly alert management personnel to address potential hazards, preventing further deterioration of both internal and external rust in the enclosure, thereby protecting the electrical circuits and extending the charging station’s service life.

Singapore Vision Energy Liquid-Cooled Energy Storage Project

The Singapore liquid-cooled energy storage project is Singapore’s first large-scale, standalone energy storage project with a capacity of over 100 MW. The energy storage cabinets are primarily used for energy storage and power supply. During operation, they can experience high temperatures, high humidity, and high salt mist levels. When humidity rises above 95%, condensation may form. However, water can easily enter the bottom of the storage cabinets. Installing leak sensors can promptly alert management personnel to address potential hazards, preventing corrosion both inside and outside the cabinets, protecting the circuitry, and avoiding safety incidents.

National Pipeline Network Oil Pipeline Project

This project employs a positioning controller, oil-leak detection sensors, clamp-on sensors, and other components to form a positioning-based oil-leak monitoring system that detects oil leaks at locations such as pipeline valves, flanges, and oil pumps within the storage area.
