As the service life increases, the enclosure could suffer severe rust and corrosion. Water is particularly likely to enter the lower 30 cm of the charging station, posing a significant threat to its safety performance. If a leakage sensor is installed, it can promptly alert management personnel to address potential hazards, preventing further deterioration of both internal and external rust in the enclosure, thereby protecting the electrical circuits and extending the charging station’s service life.
